Palestinian young man was killed in armed clashes that erupted after the Israeli occupation forces broke into Ya’bad town, southwest of Jenin in the West Bank, at dawn Thursday.
Local sources affirmed that Israeli patrols infiltrated into the town and surrounded a local house belonging to Asaad Al-Qaniri, which led to the outbreak of armed clashes.
Al-Qaniri was shot and killed during the clashes.
The Israeli forces also prevented the Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance from reaching a wounded man lying on the roof of a neighboring house.
Earlier, the Israeli forces carried out a large-scale raid campaign in Jenin Governorate, while clashes erupted in Qabatiya and the Jenin camp.
