Israeli Occupation Forces Construct Concrete Wall and Watchtower East of Araba, South of Jenin

The Israeli occupation forces have continued construction of a concrete wall and a military watchtower on lands east of the town of Araba, south of Jenin.

Local sources reported on Tuesday that Israeli forces began erecting the concrete wall and watchtower several days ago on Palestinian-owned land east of the town. The sources clarified that the occupation is also establishing a military camp in the area as part of intensified military campaigns and daily raids targeting the town and surrounding villages.

This measure is part of a series of steps aimed at expanding control over as much land as possible in the Jenin Governorate, amid escalating tensions in the region.

According to eyewitnesses, Israeli forces have started placing concrete barriers and barbed wire, alongside installing advanced surveillance equipment—a move described by sources as a "dangerous escalation" intended to restrict residents' movement and forcibly displace them from their lands.
