The US Armed Forces Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed that the US Air Force launched raids on Kataib Hezbollah sites in Iraq.
The command said in a statement yesterday, Tuesday: “In response to attacks by the Iranian-backed militia, Kataib Hezbollah, including the attack on the Ain al-Asad base in western Iraq on January 20, Centcom forces launched unilateral air strikes on 3 facilities used by the "Hezbollah Brigades" militia and other groups allied with Iran.
The command added that the raids targeted command centers of the "Hezbollah Brigades", warehouses, and training sites on the use of missiles and drones.
