Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baghaei commented on US President Donald Trump's statements regarding a direct role for the United States in the attack on Iran, considering it an explicit admission of committing an international crime against Iran.
During his weekly press conference on Monday, Baghaei said: "This is one of the latest evidence and clear evidence of America's participation in the military aggression against Iran." We had no doubt that America was effectively complicit, and then formally entered itself afterwards.
But when the president of the United States openly admits that he was in full command and clearly denies the claim of the US secretary of state, this is an explicit admission of an international crime. We immediately registered this claim by the President of the United States as a document with the United Nations.
He added that this confession would certainly be one of the proofs of America's conviction of aggression in any court. We are considering all possibilities for a lawsuit against the United States.
