The Israeli occupation army continues its destructive war and crimes of genocide in the Gaza Strip for the 216th day in a row, amid continuing massacres, targeting civilians, and bombing homes on the heads of their residents, while the occupation escalates its aggression against the city of Rafah, south of the Strip, and closes its border crossing with Egypt, which portends humanitarian repercussions throughout the besieged sector.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 34,844 martyrs and 78,404 injuries since October 7, according to what the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced yesterday, Wednesday.

The Ministry indicated in the daily statistical report on the outcome of the aggression, on Wednesday, that the Israeli occupation army committed 7 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, of which 55 martyrs and 200 injuries reached hospitals.

Israeli artillery shelling was renewed in the early hours of Thursday morning, on the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Rafah and in the vicinity of the Rafah land crossing.

The occupation raids were also renewed on the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and violent Israeli raids occurred on Gaza City, and several violent occupation raids were recorded on the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of the city, targeting the vicinity of Al-Istiqaba Mosque.

Yesterday evening, occupation warboats opened fire on the western areas of the city of Rafah.

The occupation aircraft launched Israeli air strikes east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, coinciding with occupation artillery shelling around Street 10 in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, while warplanes bombed a house for the Abu Shaaban family near the Saraya Junction in the center of Gaza City, and another house in the Al-Sabra neighborhood of the city, and launched a raid in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood.

Four martyrs and 16 injured arrived at the Kuwaiti Hospital as a result of the occupation aircraft targeting the Eid family home in Tal Al-Sultan, west of Rafah.

The occupation helicopter opened fire on the eastern areas of the city of Rafah, and medical teams at the Kuwaiti Hospital treated 25 wounded who arrived at the hospital, as a result of the occupation artillery firing shells at a number of citizens’ homes in central Rafah.
